You can cancel your order before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
If your payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we’ll refund your amount within 5–7 working days.

We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment fails
- There’s a technical or pricing error
- The order looks suspicious or fraudulent
If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund if payment was made.

Modification of Orders
We can change your order (address, product, quantity) only before dispatch.
Once shipped, no modifications are possible.
