Shipping Policy

This page explains how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

We usually process orders within 1–2 working days.
During high-volume periods or new launches, it may take a little longer, but we always work to get your package out quickly.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your pin code and courier availability.
In most cases:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other locations: 5–8 working days

Bad weather, strikes, festivals, or unexpected courier delays may affect timelines.

Shipping Charges

If you offer free or paid shipping, tell me and I’ll add it.
For now, you can use this:

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS.
If the tracking doesn’t update for more than 48 hours, reach out and we’ll check it for you.

Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer

If the address you entered is incorrect or the courier cannot reach you, the package may return to us.
We can re-ship it once the correct details are shared, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged from our side, we’ll replace it.
Just share your order ID and clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery.

Missing or Lost Packages

If a package is lost by the courier, we’ll investigate and either resend it or issue a suitable resolution.
