This policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds. We keep the process simple so you know exactly what to expect.
Returns
We currently accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect due to our handling.
We do not accept returns for reasons like:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Results not matching expectations
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- The unopened or partially used product
Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Replacements
If the damage or mistake is from our side, we’ll send you a free replacement of the same product.
In case the item is out of stock, we can offer:
- A replacement of equal value, or
- Store credit you can use later
We don’t offer replacements for products damaged after delivery or due to mishandling by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- The product is out of stock and a replacement isn’t possible
- A replacement isn’t suitable and we mutually agree to refund
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
If a payment is deducted for a cancelled order, we’ll refund the amount within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items
